The Dancing Cat Saloon is the sister restaurant of the Catskill Distilling Company located 1000 feet from the entrance to the original Woodstock Festival site and the Bethel Woods Performing Arts center. This charming restaurant serves simple but elegant fare with a twist of local history, from the Hendrix Hamburger to Buratta and Salmon Lorange, to perfectly grilled steaks and so much more. This venue is both dog friendly and children friendly with free wi-fi and an outside dining deck overlooking the field of “Stray Cat” sculptures in front the of Catskill Distilling Company. Sunday brunch features live jazz and live music on weekends with other interesting and fun events throughout the year. Before or after dining, visit the Catskill Distilling Company, a farm distillery founded in 2010 that produces NY State craft and spirits. You can take a tour of the distillery and see what it takes to produce spirits and learn about the distilling process. Finish the tour with a signature cocktail in our tasting room which features the restored bar from the 1939 Worlds Fair, which was original purchased by the Jeff Lake Hotel in Jeffersonville, NY.
