The Rockland Arts Festival will be located in Goswick Pavilion/Wittenberg Field at the base of the Piermont Pier, 95 Ferry Road, Piermont, NY. The upcoming festival is on Sunday, September 22, 2019 (rain date on Sunday, September 29) from 12pm to 4pm with free admission.
