My wife and I decided to purchase a Tavern in Callicoon, NY because we fell in love with this magic town when we bought a small farm here 8 years ago. My best friend, whom I’ve known for 25 years, joined us in our madness and left the big apple to leap into the abyss as well. We all have a common vision for Rafter’s Tavern…a comfortable place where locals and visitors alike can spend time chatting around the fire, catching a great show on our stage or chowing down on our acclaimed burgers or our crispy wings! Located right next the Callicoon Theater, it’s the perfect place to spend time before or after a night at the movies!
